Our staff provide meet and greet services, switchboard call handling, maintain front of house security, monitor movements and ensure that only authorized personnel gain access to restricted areas, in a friendly but authoritative and professional manner.

Professionally presented, wearing either your or our own uniform your receptionist or concierge staff from Caledon Security will be fully briefed on your business and their role as professional within. They will also conduct themselves appropriately and respectably as a member of your team, in order to meet and exceed the expectations required for highly reputable representation of your organization.

• Our experience helps us develop bespoke solutions for the private and public sector, based on customers specific requirements. We encourage our officers and management teams to be innovative and have introduced new working practices, adding value to the role our Security Officers play, at every given opportunity.

• Our Security Receptionist teams monitor and report on health and safety issues. Each officer receives training on risk assessments and work-site inspections. Our Security Officers receive additional training for Switchboard and Corporate Helpdesk, together with the provision of a range of concierge services. In discussion with our clients, we seek to tailor these core services to your specific requirements.
