We will keep hold of your keys with your permission and will enter the property as and when we are alerted to possible intruders by the monitoring station. Our key holders will be first on site to deal with any situation and will remain on your property until it is completely secure. Once on site, the officer will perform external and internal checks and contact our centre immediately if emergency services are required. In the case of serious incident we will liaise with police officers and obtain full details on insurance claims or any other reporting matter.
